Recently featured in Crain’s Detroit Business, Patient Access Solutions, a health care technology company co-founded by Dr. Richard Fessler,  created an app that was praised by Leapfrog.  Leapfrog is  a Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit that monitors the quality of America’s health care.
