The Michigan Head & Spine Institute Detroit offices are both located on the campus of Henry Ford St. John Hospital in Detroit. Both offices are located on Moross Rd, just west of Mack Ave. The hospital campus can be easily accessed taking the Moross Rd exit from the I-94 Freeway heading East, or heading West from Mack Ave and Moross Rd. Professional Building #1 and #2 are clearly marked and visible from the front main entrance to Henry Ford St. John Hospital. Professional Building #2 is accessible from the East Parking Deck, behind the main hospital building, and Professional Building #1 can also be accessed from Building #2 or from the ground near the East Parking Deck. Both office suites are located on the second floor of their buildings.
